Dr Agnieszka Zemke-Górecka

Attorney Dr. Agnieszka Zemke-Górecka is a sole practitioner in her law firm in Białystok. She actively participates in the life of the bar association; in 2016-2021 she was the Dean of the Regional Bar Council in Białystok, and since 2021 she has been the Vice-President of the Supreme Bar Council.

Attorney Dr. Agnieszka Zemke-Górecka is interested in Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods. From 2011 to 2016, she was the Chair of the Regional Committee for Evaluation of Medical Events in Białystok. In 2016-2021, she was a member of the Electoral College of the Eastern Arbitration Court in Białystok. In 2019-2022, she was the President of the Mediation Center at the Supreme Bar Council. Since 2019, she is a member of the Social Council for Alternative Dispute Resolution to the Minister of Justice.

Attorney Dr. Agnieszka Zemke-Górecka was awarded the “Adwokatura Zasłużonym” badge of merit for her work and commitment to the Attorney’s self-government and the “Zasłużony dla Uniwersytety” award by the Senate of the University of Bialystok for exceptional merits for the University, contribution to its development and for fostering its positive image.
