Associated with Intel for 13 years, previously holding regional managerial roles. In parallel, he is responsible for the position of Government Partnerships & Initiatives, EMEA Territory Director. Before working at Intel, he gained experience in Deloitte and Orange.

As Director for EMEA, he led a team responsible for strategic programmes with governments, international organisations and academia. He shaped the company's regional strategy in the STEM area and in terms of involvement in the startup ecosystem. Michał Dżoga is also responsible for the Intel Digital Readiness agenda, aimed at global democratization of skills in the field of artificial intelligence. 

Currently, as Intel's Country Manager for Poland, he implements the company's strategy in one of the key European countries, important due to investments in R&D.
