Doctor of humanities, majoring in history. He has been associated with the University of Białystok for over 20 years - currently as a lecturer at the Faculty of International Relations. He also completed postgraduate studies in international relations at the Polish Institute of International Affairs and postgraduate studies in cultural diplomacy at Collegium Civitas in Warsaw. In parallel to his scientific work, Jacek Brzozowski undertook numerous initiatives aimed at popularizing knowledge about diplomacy, especially among young people.

 He was the originator and co-organizer of the Diplomatic Festival. prof. Stefan Meller - a cyclical undertaking, taking place since 2016, which hosted the most outstanding experts in contemporary international relations, as well as diplomats, politicians and other leading contributors to Polish foreign policy, in Bialystok. He is deeply convinced of the need to disseminate knowledge about diplomatic practice and apply this knowledge in various contexts and situations. Author of the curriculum for the history of diplomacy and diplomatic protocol for secondary schools.
