Przemysław Gdański has been managing BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. since November 1, 2017. and serves as Territory Head for all BNP Paribas Group companies in Poland. He has over 30 years of international banking experience. He worked in both the largest banks in Poland and abroad, since 2006, serving on the management boards of Calyon (as CEO), BPH, Pekao SA and mBank.

In the years 2019-2025, member of the Main Council of the Lewiatan Confederation, and from 2019, member of the Advisory Board of Digital University. From 2021, member of the Program Council of the UN Global Compact Network Poland. In the same year, he became a member of the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and a partner of the prestigious international G100 Denim Club, an organization of leaders supporting gender parity and equality. Since 2017, chairman of the BNP Paribas Foundation Council.
