As Human Resources Director, she is responsible for human resources policy across the entire Unibep Group, building relationships and supporting key managers in the Unibep Group in the area of HR processes.

For over 7 years, she has held the position of President of the Management Board of the Tur Basket Basketball Club Association in Bielsk Podlaski, with which she has achieved many successes in the men's second league. A graduate of the University of Warsaw, Branch in Białystok. She completed postgraduate studies in Group Coaching at SWPS in Warsaw.
