Max Dropinski is a technology leader, engineer, and MBA graduate with a deep commitment to strengthening Europe’s position in the global semiconductor and digital innovation landscape. With over two decades of experience in advanced technologies—including artificial intelligence and semiconductors—he is a recognized advocate for the creation of a European Silicon Valley at the crossroads of Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
Max has played a pivotal role in landmark initiatives, including the preparations for Intel’s semiconductor integration and testing facility near Wrocław—one of the largest private investments in Poland’s history. His work bridges business strategy and technological innovation, and he is known for leading diverse, international teams across engineering and commercial functions.
Max is also a co-founder of The Bridge Foundation, which promotes Central Europe’s role in rebuilding Europe’s competitiveness.
