With over two decades of experience in advanced technologies—including artificial intelligence and semiconductors—he is a recognized advocate for the creation of a European Silicon Valley at the crossroads of Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
Max has played a pivotal role in landmark initiatives, including the preparations for Intel’s semiconductor integration and testing facility near Wrocław—one of the largest private investments in Poland’s history.
