Speakers

Graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate studies in the EU’s Common Agricultural Policy at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn and holds an MBA degree. Active member of the Polish People's Party (PSL).

His professional career began in 2004 at the County Office of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARiMR) in Zambrów, where he served as director from 2008 to 2011.

From 2011 to 2015, he was director of the Podlaskie Regional Office of ARiMR.

From 2010 to 2014, he was a councilor in Zambrów County, and from 2015 to 2018, a member of the executive board of the Podlaskie Voivodeship. Since 2019, he has served as a Member of Parliament (9th and 10th terms).

On December 18, 2023, he was appointed Secretary of State at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Since July 24, 2025, he has served as Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
