Deputy Mayor of Bialystok for over 10 years. At the City Hall in Bialystok, he oversees, among other things, culture, sport, promotion, spatial planning and social participation. He has been a journalist for Bialystok newspapers, ran his own marketing and PR company, and was the head of the advertising and marketing office at TVP S.A. Branch in Bialystok for over 7 years.  Member of the Council of the Polish Tourist Organisation. For 52 years, since his birth, he has considered Bialystok to be the best place to live. He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bialystok, completed postgraduate management studies at the Faculty of Economics at the same university, and obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Finance and Management in Bialystok (in cooperation with Fachhochschule des Mittelstands in Bielefeld).
