He graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Faculty of Management and Marketing. He has participated in many trainings in the field of finance and management together with the diploma program organized by the University of Teesside (UK) and as part of the CIMA program. He started his professional career in 1996 at Unilever plc, where he worked in various positions at home and abroad, including as a senior auditor - a member of the global internal audit team in Hamburg, dealing with broadly understood risk management and control of the degree of its mitigation by subsidiaries. Between 2003 and 2007, he worked as a Financial Controller in the Budimex group, where he was responsible, among other things, for strategic and operational controlling and optimising the business structure. From 2007 to 2023, he was a member of the Management Board and CFO of Ulma Construccion Poland S.A., an entity forming part of the global corporation ULMA C y E S. Coop from Spain. He joined Unibep S.A. on 2 January 2024, taking the position of Financial Director (CFO). On 20 February 2024, he became a member of the management board of the company, and on 26 November 2024, by a decision of the Supervisory Board of Unibep S.A., he was appointed as President of the Management Board of Unibep S.A. from 1 January 2025.

Unibep S.A. - one of the largest construction companies in Poland. In 2025, it celebrates its 75th anniversary. It operates in various segments of the construction industry – energy, cubature and infrastructure construction. Unibep S.A. is the owner of the Factory of Modular Houses Unihouse (manufacturer of multi-family buildings in modular wooden technology) and Unidevelopment S.A. (developer, selling apartments in Warsaw, Gdansk area and Radom).
