President of the Management Board of Suwałki Special Economic Zone S.A. Economist, Graduate of the SGPiS (currently SGH) in 1986. In the years 1992 - 1997 he was the voivode of Suwalskie Voivodeship, then for 12 years he served as the president of the Management Board of "Wigry-Projekt" S.A. In 2011-2013, he was a member of the Podlaskie Voivodeship Board, and in 2015-2016 - Deputy Minister of Health. He has been a councilor since 1998, and since May 2024, the chairman of the Podlaskie Voivodeship Assembly.
