Graduate of the University of Białystok, Faculty of Law. Completed postgraduate studies in Business Efficiency and Competitiveness at the University of Warsaw. MBA graduate.

In 2016–2022, he was the director of the Łomża Local Government Forum, which brings together 25 local governments of the Podlaskie Province, where he managed EU projects in the fields of entrepreneurship, education, health and transnational cooperation.

Since 2019, he has been Vice-President of the Public Benefit Council of the Podlaskie Province and a member of the Podlaskie Committee for Social Economy Development.

Since 2017, he has been a member of the Working Group for the effective use of the European Social Fund under the Regional Operational Programme for Podlaskie Province for 2014-2020 at the Marshal's Office of Podlaskie Province.
