
Dr Elżbieta Kuzborska-Pacha is an expert in international public law and human rights, minority protection and women's rights. Since 2018, she has served as Senior Legal Adviser at the Office of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities in The Hague, where she advises on conflict prevention and the protection of minority rights in Central and Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus and Central Asia. Previously, she worked as a diplomat at the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and as Senior Adviser to the UN Special Rapporteur on Minorities. She is the author of numerous academic publications.
