He is responsible for the industrial construction division, whose structure was established and developed under his leadership, effectively increasing PORR's diversification.

During his more than six years with the company, he has supervised the implementation of strategic projects throughout Poland, such as the expansion of the LNG terminal in Świnoujście (onshore and offshore), the construction of liquid fuel storage tanks in Boronów, the construction of gas pipelines between Poland and Lithuania, the development of the second ITPOE production line in Rzeszów, and many others.

Currently, under his leadership, the industrial division is dynamically developing its military and fuel construction divisions, which carry out contracts for investors from the refinery market as well as government entities.

Maciej Barycki represents PORR in the work of the PZPB-Atom association, whose aim is to protect the interests of Polish contractors in the field of nuclear investments.
