Lawyer, professor of law, researcher and lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Białystok, head of the Department of International Law. President of the Law and Partnership Foundation. Vice-president of the Association of Graduates of the Faculty of Law of the University of Białystok. He also heads Europe Direct Podlaskie, operating within the European Commission network. Expert of the Polish Accreditation Committee. Member of the Examination Board for Attorney Applications at the Ministry of Justice, based in Białystok. Vice-President of the Eastern Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Białystok. Member of the Scientific and Social Council of the Białowieża Forest Promotion Complex. Member of the Interdisciplinary Advisory Team of the Institute of Functional Foods (as part of the Agricultural Valley 4.0 project)

An experienced lecturer at all levels of education (higher education, postgraduate studies, including MBA, doctoral studies) and in many fields of study (mainly law). He has received numerous awards and distinctions, including in the field of teaching (e.g., the Minister's Teaching Award, rector's and dean's awards, student “Oscars,” etc.). Supervisor of numerous master's theses, over 20 doctoral dissertations (16 of which have already been defended), reviewer in the education of academic staff (over 20 doctorates, 7 habilitations, 5 professorships) and in the process of awarding DHC degrees. An experienced scientist – author or co-author of over 200 publications, participant (mostly active) in over a hundred national conferences.
