From 2021, he served as the leader of the IBM Technology Cross-Brand area. From January 2015 to April 2018, he was associated with Lenovo Polska, where he held the position of Enterprise Systems Sales Manager, and from 2017, General Director of Lenovo Global Technology. After returning to IBM, he became director of the IBM Systems Hardware department for Poland and the Baltic countries.
Marcin Gajdziński has experience gained during over twenty years of work in Poland. He has been associated with IBM since 1993. He has held various managerial roles, including: headed the partner organization. In the years 2015 - 2018 he was at Lenovo as manager of the enterprise group and country manager of Levono Global Technology. Most recently, at IBM, he managed the hardware business and the x brand in Poland and the Baltic countries.
