He held management positions in Polish State Treasury companies and the largest global corporations. He has worked in Great Britain, the Netherlands, Turkey, India and Germany. He managed, among others: the process of transforming the network of 25,000 BP fuel stations and their 40,000 employees in Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Europe, with annual revenues of USD 6 billion. He was also the Development Director of the Exploration and Production Department (Upstream) of the American Marathon Oil Corporation, as well as the Vice-President of the LOT PLL Group.
Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, investor, member of the Harvard Club of Poland and President of the Polish Development Center Foundation.
