He has been professionally involved in the banking sector for 20 years. He gained his experience in the largest commercial banks in Poland, where he was responsible for relations with companies from every segment. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Białystok University of Technology, where he studied Management and Production Engineering as well as Accounting and Financial Management.
