Responsible for key decisions regarding municipal investments, road construction and education management. For many years, he was associated with the Białystok University of Technology. He worked in the Office for Development and International Programmes, in the Legal Section, and served as head of the Internal Control Department.
In 2011, he completed his master's degree at the Faculty of Law of the University of Białystok. In 2016–2017, he continued his education at the Kozminski University and the Ernst & Young Academy of Business in Warsaw, where he gained specialist knowledge in the field of internal audit, completing postgraduate studies in this field. At the same time, in 2017-2021, he was a member of the Council of the Białystok Foundation for Staff Training, which supports the vocational education system and shapes employee competences.
In 2022, he obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management, confirming his competence in project management. He has extensive knowledge and skills in the field of public finance, internal control, management control and risk management.
