Strong Regions. Secure Europe.

The New Geography of European Resilience.

4 NOVEMBER 2026, BIAŁYSTOK

From vulnerability to Europe’s strategic resilience. The Forum in Białystok serves as an implementation platform for developing a European response for regions facing complex geopolitical neighbourhoods. Our mission is to transform the EU’s Eastern Flank from an area defined by risks into a strategic asset and a testing ground for innovative resilience solutions across the European Union.

Here, with the participation of EU Commissioners, ministers, and leaders in dual-use technologies, we are designing a modern architecture of regional security and developing concrete implementation solutions for the Pact for Eastern Border Regions.
