Adam Leszkiewicz is a manager with many years of experience in public administration and business, including State Treasury companies. He was responsible for restructuring and integration processes, including the Ciech Group, the shipbuilding industry, the Polish Real Estate Holding, Grupa Azoty and the food industry. He supervised the privatization processes of several hundred companies and enterprises of the State Treasury, divestment, restructuring, changes in the organizational and business model, strategy and innovation, legislation and social dialogue. Since May 2025, he has been the President of the Management Board of PGZ S.A., previously serving as President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty, where currently he is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
