In 2014, he graduated with a degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics and Management at the University of Białystok. In 2019, he obtained a master's degree in management from the same faculty. He worked in the sales and marketing department of a local enterprise and was active in the youth city council in Białystok. In the 2015 parliamentary elections, he ran for the Sejm in the Białystok district from the first place on the Modern (Nowoczesna) party list. He won a seat as a deputy of the 8th term, receiving 14,141 votes. Among other roles, he became a delegate of the Polish parliament to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. In December 2018, he moved to the Civic Platform – Civic Coalition (Platforma Obywatelska – Koalicja Obywatelska) parliamentary club. At the end of July 2019, he joined the Civic Platform (PO) party. In the elections held that same year, he successfully ran for parliamentary reelection on behalf of the Civic Coalition, receiving 37,237 votes. In 2023, he secured a parliamentary seat for the third consecutive time, winning 57,664 votes. In 2025, as a result of the transformation of PO, he became an activist of the KO party.
