He is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Bialystok University of Technology, the Postgraduate Management Studies at the Faculty of Economics and Management at the University of Bialystok, and holds an MBA degree. He gained his professional experience starting from specialist and managerial positions in the ICT sector, moving on to roles as a director, board member, and advisor, while expanding his competencies to include the security clearances necessary for executing classified projects. Since 2011, he has been building his own business under the brand BIT Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (LLC), where he has served as the President of the Management Board and held a majority stake since its inception. He continuously drives the company's growth, as evidenced by the projects secured and successfully implemented in areas such as border protection, classified information management, cybersecurity, and toll collection systems, as well as dedicated software solutions developed for public administration. Beyond his business activities, he actively supports local government and academic communities, sharing his knowledge and experience within numerous advisory bodies, and is always eager to participate in initiatives for the benefit of the region's residents through both organizational and financial commitment.
