Dagmara Zawadzka has 25 years of professional experience in the field of finance. Until 2011, she worked in consulting (including at PricewaterhouseCoopers), executing numerous financial advisory projects, including IPOs, M&As, and investment project appraisals. In subsequent years, she became professionally associated with the PKN Orlen Group, where she was responsible for implementing strategic projects. In 2015–2016, and later from 2024 to 2025, she worked at PKP Intercity, managing the Finance division. She also worked at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK), where she was a member of the Bank's Credit Committee and subsequently headed BGK's representative office in London. From 2020 to 2021, she managed airport-adjacent development projects at CPK (Central Transport Hub). She has experience serving on supervisory bodies (supervisory boards and audit committees). Dagmara Zawadzka is a graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and Aarhus School of Business. Furthermore, she is a scholar of California Polytechnic University and completed postgraduate studies in International Financial Reporting Standards at SGH. She holds the CFA charter.
