Deputy Director of NASK (Research and Academic Computer Network – National Research Institute), Director for New Technologies for Public Policy.Promoter of simplifying administrative processes and supporter of reducing bureaucracy through computerization and automation. He has been closely associated with government administration at various levels - the Podlaskie Voivodeship Office, the Ministry of Interior and Administration, the Ministry of Digitization and NASK - since 1998 to this day. He was the originator and co-creator of the EZD PUW system, created in 2008-2010 in Białystok together with the entire legislative and organizational environment. He was also the originator and co-creator of the EZD RP system (successor to EZD PUW) as a cloud service for the Polish administration. He created the NASK Branch in Białystok, he was its director in the years 2018-2022. Originator and co-creator of the State Informatization Strategy (SIP) adopted for implementation by the Ministry of Digitization in 2016. On the basis of SIP, such initiatives/projects as EZD RP, State Information Architecture, WIIP and the Council of Architecture were created.
