He has been associated with the Budimex Group (Budimex Dromex) since 2004, initially serving as a construction manager and subsequently as a contract manager. In 2009, he was promoted to Regional Director. From 2011, he served as Director of Transport Infrastructure Construction. Three years later, he assumed the role of Director of Infrastructure Construction at Budimex SA. Since 2019, he has served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Budimex. Since 2021, he has held the position of President of the Budimex Group (Budimex SA). He is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Bialystok University of Technology.
