A sociologist associated with the University of Białystok, as well as the founder and vice-president of the SocLab Foundation. She combines academic work with social practice, specializing in civic participation, dialogue, and social innovation design. Empowering the voices of young people in Białystok holds a special place in her work. She initiates and implements activities that support youth in creating their own projects, participating in city life, and engaging in dialogue with institutions and local government, including programs like Youthstok, Youth Catalyst, and school participatory budgeting.
