A manager with over 25 years of experience in product creation and development within the IT industry. He began his professional career at the Institute of Plasma Physics and Laser Microfusion, developing software for multi-frame interferometric image acquisition systems. Subsequently, he co-developed software for cardiac monitors and robots used in integrated circuit dicing. He co-created a content distribution system used by major Polish online TV platforms (e.g., player.pl) and an AMI system for managing smart energy meters for Energa-Operator (covering over 2 million devices). Author or co-author of more than 80 scientific publications on software, operating systems, and innovation. Co-founder of the Niezwyciężony (The Invicible) Foundation, which promotes sports and active personal development among young people and supports young athletes.
