He gained his extensive professional experience working for major commercial banks in Poland, where he was responsible for corporate relations across all market segments. Within BGK's structure, his role focuses on supporting regional entrepreneurship and fostering cooperation with local businesses. He graduated from the Faculty of Management at the Bialystok University of Technology, holding degrees in Production Management and Engineering, as well as Accounting.
